Let me talk you through each of the stages.
The Planning Process
Prior to the day I’ll be on hand via Email, Text, Facebook or Phone to discuss any concerns you have. We can talk them through and come up with a solution, there’s always a solution.
We can meet up before the big day, when you have all the information from the venue that you need. We can then sit down over a coffee and come up with a musical plan. This may range from piano/vocals as you walk down the aisle, to a jazz solo/duo/trio or four-piece throughout the cocktail reception and dinner – to getting everyone on the dancefloor through til the early hours. This is where I get all the inside information which enables me to give you a fantastic day!
The Ceremony Music
I’ve found over the years that the music for the ceremony can be quite a stressful thing for the bride & groom to sort out. This is where I come in. I’ll be on hand to take care of everything musically and even help you with some suggestions if you’re really struggling.
The Drinks Reception
The nervous part of the day is over and we now have a new married couple on our hands – it’s time for a few drinks, a chat and lots of photographs to be taken.
In the background you’re probably going to require some sort of atmospheric music. I have a few options for you here. I can simply provide acoustic jazz/soul piano/vocals or perhaps a relaxed duo with piano/vocals and sax to add that sophisticated edge to the cocktail backdrop.
